Handi Chicken

 

1 kg  Chicken

50 gms  Ginger "Aduwa"

50 gms  garlic "Lasun"

salt "Noon" as per your taste

1/2 spoonful  Chilly Powder "Khorsani"

2 spoonful  Garam Masala

1 spoonful  tandoori masala

1 spoonful vinegar

2 spoonful soya sauce

4 spoonful of corn flour

 

Grind Ginger and Garlic to make paste.

 

Mix it all and keep it for half an hour.

 

Put foiling paper on the bottom of Handi so that the meat will not touch the handi surface.

 

Keep the meat in one layer only.

Cook it for 15 minute.

Serve it by garnishing it as per your like.
