PIZZA
400 gms of mince meat
BATTER:
1 cup
of flour
1 tea spoonful salt
Baking Powder or Yeast
Dash of pepper
2 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
First mix the Yeast with two spoonful of milk & keep it until
the yeast melted.
Spoon flour into cup and level off. In small
bowl combine flour, salt, pepper, eggs, yeast mix or baking
powder and milk mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into pan and tilt until bottom is
covered.
Spread it and put tomato sauce covering the batter.
TOPPING:
chopped onion
mushrooms
tomato
cheese
Any other vegetable you like to keep
Arrange topping on top of batter. Bake on low
rack of oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until pizza is
rich golden brown. Remove from oven and add pizza sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and
serve. |
