2 piece of chicken or
vegetable cubes as you prefer
200 gms of
Chicken, Mutton, Buff any meat as you like
50 gms
cabbage leaf 'Banda"
50 gms of
Cauliflower "Cauli"
50 gms beans
"Simi"
2 medium sized Carrot " Gazar"
50 gms
mushroom "Chyau"
you can add
other vegetables as you like.
Salt as per
your taste
4 tea
spoonful of Corn flour.
one tea
spoonful of vinegar
One tea
spoonful of Soya Sauce
Pinch of
Black Pepper
100 gms of
cheese to add at last
Method
Clean and wash Vegetables (Meat if non veg).
Cut vegetables into small pieces.
Mix the corn flour with half
cup cold water.
Mix all the
ingredients
and and add 3 liters water.
Add greeted cheese after
boiling before serving.
Bring it to a boil and serve piping hot. |
